The World Remade!

Across ages, I think the most wise, inspiring & motivational piece of talk has circled around ‘changing the world’. This blog competition too joins the clan. It’s amazing to note how our own unsatisfied urge to achieve something desirable turns into the agenda of the world, & changes the world’s dynamics every time. It’s interesting to see how the wants of a few powerful people in every era, have given distinct personas to the universal. And it’s stranger to note, that it was always ‘the privileged’ who were given the lens to see the world their way. Inventors, scientists, warriors, kings, musicians, mathematicians, prophets & sons of gods. These are the gentries & class of people who’ve made their own impressive marks on the earth’s blackboard. But then, were they wanted by an individual, or needed by all? Didn’t we rush-up into changing the world each time & left out a hell lot of people on the way, gasping to catch up? Change is essential. It’s nature. But, it’s needed when you have everyone at the starting point. Or else, there will be many left stranded who’ll need miracles to reclaim their race.

What I mean is, that the world is a beautiful place. Man, with his progress & evolution has made it even more fantastic. There’s nothing terribly err-y in what we’ve made out of what we got. But, what’s wrong is that every one of us ain’t enjoying these fruits of the forward march. Today, we live in a world of contrasts. Constants so stark, they pinch eye-balls. So at one end, you have people who will not live a day without their WiFi. And then, there are many more who cannot live one more day coz they’re starving for weeks, lying in one corner under a broken shade; in hope for a more fulfilled life. If at all, there should be someone commenting on how to change the world, it’s these people who haven’t been given a chance.

Ironically, these people strongly believe that after this test of time; they’ll be sent to Heaven where food will be abundant. Rivers flowing with milk & honey will be all around. The best of fruits & vegetation will be in abundance. There’ll be luxury of space. Everyone will look & smell good. And everyone will be happy. While we don’t care s#!t coz WiFis were never promised up there.

So according to me, there’s just one big thing that should be brought in to this world. And it’s the ‘Democracy of Existence’ or the ‘Democracy of Evolution’.

“Change is not always about giving rise to the new.
Sometimes, it’s all about giving someone his due."

[The concept of ‘Heaven’ or ‘Jannah’ as described by the ‘Bible’ & ‘Quran’; believed by nearly a billion people living in Africa]

While my point of view may differ, the effort that events like India Today Conclave and partners like Blogadda  seems to work towards is atleast make the effort of seeding in thoughts and triggers that may actually bring about an effort towards the Democracy of Existence.
