Jawaab

Manzil ko jaati,
uss mit ti hui pakhdandi ne,
aaj apna sawaal poocha hai...

Manzil ko jaati,

Kaash, mere kamre ki woh kori chhat phir dikh jaati,
jahaan aksar jawaab mila karte the...

A Point of View on Myself...

Guess...we Mossies are too busy proving to the world that we're clean & we're the best. Why give an impression of a guilty conscious community when we are not...I believe that the long lived medieval supremacy of the Muslims has instilled the non-removable genes of 'Super Egoism & Narrow Mindedness' in us over generations, which have made us so repulsive to criticism.

Coming from a Brand Management background, I would want to compare religions to the theories of brand management, where religion is the brand & its followers are loyal customers. Now picture this, a few years back, the Colas were dragged into a controversy on the pesticide issue. Coke spent crores clarifying the guilt, but Pepsi didin't really bother to shout aloud. They immediately rectified the problem that was due to ground water usage in the plants & moved on to doing strong social initiatives on the cleanliness of water. They didn't shout about this either, but subtle PR made them earn more respect than Coke. Coke had also managed to successfully solve the issue, but by aggressively shouting innocence, Coke was remembered more for the issue than Pepsi.

The analogy that I want to draw through this example is that, when a finger is being pointed at you in the mass, singing the innocence song will not help make it better but further add in to the damages. I'm not at all hinting at not replying back. One needs to reply, but with actions that are appreciated in the mass that earn respect. If the community is being blamed at, join hands & ensure by your actions that opinions change & this time for the good. Guyz, if you agree to this, let's brainstorm & device a manifesto for the community. A manifesto to govern the actions & ideologies of the Muslims to the effect of earning respect. This manifesto can be circulated across media to bring about a change!Upliftment has to happen in the minds, education & employment will be earned from there. And there's no point posting point of views on this page if they don't lead to action!Thanx for bearing me through this article. I've just expressed my thoughts being a Muslim myslef. No offence to any one!

PS: I love you…now where’s my gift!

Love is priceless…Love can’t be measured…Love is immaterial…Love doesn’t come in with a price tag…ya ya ya…I got that! And on Valentine’s Day I saw that…
You know what; V-Day is just an extra ordinary effort of a marketeer to get that long pending promotion! And boy, what a big time ploy…

If my wiki skills are to be blamed, ‘Valentine’ is derived from ‘Valens’ in Italian; which means Strong & Powerful - nowhere close to love, affection, sex [maybe], cupid, kuchikoo, puchikoo…whatever!

Further, ‘Valentine’ was a title given to Christian martyrs in freaking 496 AD. And I bet these Valentines were not Romeos dying in love.
Ironically, even wiki is scratching heads to trace out romantic cues in the original early medieval biographies of these martyrs…way to go company cupids…you’ve managed to strike the dumb in the bum!

Loving on Valentine’s. Well, around the world, love speaks one language. Durex sure cracked it right, coz on V-Day; the two things that really take rise are dicks & condom sales. So, congratulations my martyr friend, you’ve been sacrificed for a vital cause – Protected Sex!

Well I have a different cause & no sacrifice here. All this global gyan for just one thought…C’mon guyz! Celebrate whenever with no reason. Make love, don’t make up love…

Happy Wallet-time Day!

Taking Control of the Third Eye

“You only see what your eyes want to see”…Madonna sure made a fortune with this lexis, but my interpretation takes off into a different genre of reality.

Do you really need your eyes to see what you want to see? Give it a thought!

You definitely don’t need eyeballs to be a visionary, or to foresee, or to dig out an insight. All you need here is a large chewed chewing gum looking thing in your head & the job’s done!

Your eyes just familiarize you with the unknown or recognize you to the known, but surely the story ends there. Rest is taken care by Mr. Brain himself.
Well, this write up is not to boost the morale of the visually deprived friends on the holy planet, but rather to boost their lives.

Millions of visually impaired people around the world are living a new life everyday, but are not familiar with it. To them, a rainbow in the sky is just as black as the m&m’s in their pockets.

So, here goes my Idea for the Innovation of Tomorrow:
Before you start with the idea, I would like you to close your eyes & try seeing the world. And surprisingly, I’m sure you’ll see quite a lot…with something called the mind’s eye.

What I would like to bring to the table, is just a pair of glasses for the visually deprived friends. And I’m not talking about the ones that they are already attaching to themselves with regret.

All visually impaired individuals aren’t lucky enough to carryout transplants due to medical complexities & limitations. But let’s see beyond the obvious…
I propose the magic of Virtual Reality. VR is a simulated environment or a computer generated pseudo-3D interactive technology which provides the user with a feeling that he or she is physically present in a computer-generated world.

And a world that’s as tailor-made as our bona fide lives.

These VR glasses will have camera-sensors that can detect the scope of sight of the person at that very moment, & transmit these motion pictures back to the mind. Therefore, his mind displays to him, what he might have seen with his own eyes!
The concept is based on the principle of Imagination Broadcasting. If we can crack the code to display what we imagine or dream, then the process can definitely work vice versa. In the sense; that what we see with our eyeballs, can actually be transmitted to the mind's eye.

And for people who are deprived of both the visual & hearing senses, especially since birth, these VR glasses will be accompanied by voice & sound detectors that will recognize each voice & sound, via the built-in or stored sounds/voices in the artificial memory.

Not only that, our friends will actually have an edge over us ordinary people. With applications like GPS, internet, camera, live recording, video gaming & movie viewing installed…they’ll have the liberty to disconnect from the alien world, & spend time with just themselves…wandering in their visual thoughts, or on the neighbourhood streets…all by their own selves!

Well, what I see for them in 2050, sitting on this crease of 2009; is a world that shows no compromise to any individual…at least when it comes to the nitty-gritty.

Rest is how they see their destiny.

Khoaahish...
